Why did you choose JRiver?
But I find it extremely capable and flexible, and because it is just a player, they have an interest in catering to you instead of the copyright rentiers. And you can save searches as bookmarks. It has also a good remote. Roon requires a wired connection. I've also used Musicbee and it's ok, but I prefer JRiver. It works perfectly on my setup, the sound is excellent, though no better than A3.
